Good knowledge and experience in engineering design for ACMV, HVAC & Control System
Well verse in installation of HVAC equipment’s chillers, AHU, MV systems,packaged unit, VRV system and split units
Attend to site test and inspections to ensure quality of standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to
Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required
Works closely with the Project Managers and site personnel in the execution of task schedule
Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
At least 5 years relevant experience in project management, preferably in handling ACMV and within construction industry
Experience and relevant knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump size, air flow rate, chilled water system performance, chiller sizing and configuration, fan sizing and more.
Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem solving
Responsible for a team of engineers, supervisors and workers to ensure smooth progress during execution of project.
Main in-charge for the entire phase of the Project Management, from preparation to Site management, and subsequently until completion.

Ensure on-time submission of shop drawings and equipment/material for approval by consultants and architects.
Submit variation order cost for additional work to be carried out as per instruction issued by architects and consultants.
Responsible for the testing and commissioning of the ACMV system.
Ensure prompt submission of as-built drawings, operation maintenance Manual and conduct training for client during handing over of project upon completion.
Requirements
Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in handling Mechanical/Electrical/Fit-out engineering project.
Strong project management experience, preferably in handling ACMV for industrial or commercial purpose.
Strong technical knowledge in ACMV
Possess good people management and interpersonal skills.
5.5 day work week

Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure that safe work practices are carried out in all work operations and compliant with the OSHA, ISO & WSH Act requirements.
Conduct and organize EHS audits, trainings, meetings and promotional programs to raise employee awareness and knowledge when required.
Assist in the investigation of incidents if occurs and make sound recommendations where required.
Liaise with regulatory bodies on safety related notices & issues, ensuring certifications are up to date and relevant.
Preparation of all documentations and bridging documents required by Company’s specification and Job Safety Analysis.
Carry out any other assignments as assigned by the Project Manager and immediate Supervisor
Requirements
Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
Familiar with the statutory requirements related to WSH Act and other aspect of safety
3 years of safety experience in Construction/Building field
A team player and ability to work independently and influence others
Singaporeans preferred

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers’ enquiries, needs and complaints
Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, ACMV systems, chiller and electrical control
Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors’ work and documentation
Requirements
Recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology ACMV, or its equivalent. Those with stronger experience will be considered for a supervisory role
Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and experience in BMS and BAS
Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills
Shift work may be required

Those without relevant experience but keen to pursue a career in Facilities Mgmt and/or ACMV may be eligible to pursue studies under company-sponsored ITE traineeship programme in “Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services)”.
